Cybersecurity Business Analyst

Overview:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Business Analyst who will be leveraged across Security Operation Center (SOC) teams to assist in high level project management, meeting materials, data analysis, automation and workflow documentation, and general coordination of activities.

LOCATION

• Jacksonville, FL (HQ) preferred OR 100% remote
• Must be able to travel to Jacksonville on occasion for meetings or workshops

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Assists with security automation and workflow documentation and matrices
• Organizes and coordinates training efforts across SOC organization
• Coordinates weekly calls and monthly executive reviews and reports
• Communicates project timelines and updates with various stakeholders and team members
• Manages projects and product delivery schedules
• Documents technical specifications and solution designs
• High level data analysis and reporting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication, English, Information Technology, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
• Requires 2+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT policy documentation
• Proficiency in drafting technical reports, plans, and related correspondence
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Skill in developing, reviewing, and updating security policies, manuals, and instructions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with tight, often simultaneous, deadlines
• Structured thinker that can layout documentation that is easily referenced and consumable.
