SUMMARY:

Our group is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our core US based team. We are looking for a people person with the willingness to help us conquer the world. Our group works with React, Node.js, Python and GIS technologies in a flexible and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing core product features. This is a fully remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Build a next-generation GIS & analytics web app on React.
Build end-to-end development of new and existing features including client and server-side code, database schemas, and communication APIs.
Design and develop overall architecture of the web application and GIS related modules.
Design, implement and deploy E2E features.
Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding in Node.js.
Deep understanding in React.
Deep understanding in state management technology such as Redux, MobX, NgRx, Zustand.
CS degree or equivalent experience.
Self-initiated and quick learner.
