What You'll Do:

The Paid Media Buyer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, with an emphasis on audience optimization and intent-based targeting. In this role, a keen understanding of customer behaviors and trends will be essential, alongside proactive testing, analysis, and data-informed reporting.

This position can be remote or on site in Birmingham, AL. You must be currently located in the United States and a current green card holder or US citizen. 

  • Audience Optimization & Retargeting: Drive results by segmenting and optimizing audiences, prioritizing intent-based targeting and retargeting to guide prospects through the customer journey.
  • Campaign Management: Strategically plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels to align with client acquisition goals.
  • Intent-Driven Targeting: Leverage data insights to refine audience targeting and retargeting efforts based on user intent, ensuring each campaign reaches the right audience at the right stage.
  • Testing & Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies. Use analytical findings to continuously refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Behavioral Insights: Stay proactive in analyzing customer behavior and emerging trends, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and maximize conversion rates.
  • Data Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive reports, communicate performance metrics to stakeholders, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and SEO, to align campaigns with brand messaging and achieve cohesive campaign goals.
What You Need:
  • Audience Optimization Skills: Strong expertise in segmenting, targeting, and retargeting audiences based on behavioral data and intent.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Ability to assess campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive Approach: Adaptable and responsive to changes in customer trends and behavior.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
