Job Summary
Provide sales support during the initial contact of the sales process through providing pertinent information on various communities. Determine which communities are the best fit for what the potential resident is seeking through asking appropriate questions and gathering information. Effectively uses sales tools throughout the sales process, including, qualifying inquiries, documenting prospective resident data, planning, and scheduling initial community visits and communicating with the community-based sales teams. Manages successful transitions from initial contact to community experience, to ensure a smooth pass off to community teams. This position is designed to quickly address the needs of potential residents and guide those inquiring about community experiences.

Essential Job Functions
•Fields incoming calls and chat messages for regional community sales inquiries and follows up in a timely manner.
•Maintains a thorough familiarity of all Kisco managed communities to effectively answer questions of potential residents and determine which communities are the best fit.
•Stays up to date on the offerings, operational models, pricing and availability at each community supported.
•Provides sales support through the preparation and management of sales related documents, correspondence, and communications.
•Attends weekly 1:1 with Regional Vice President to communicate any trends and recommendation to enhance the business.
•Attend sales events at the communities to build relationships with leadership and sales.
•Provide exemplary customer service by exceeding expectations through professionalism and compassion for the needs of potential residents.
Use the lead qualification criteria to determine if a senior qualifies to become a resident in a community. (Compass Rose Guide)
•Practice Kisco sales techniques through asking for the next step, date and time to move business forward.
Support promotion of community events including direct mail, social media and business development with Sales Teams on a regular basis
•Community reactivate activity (as assigned by the RVP)
•Adhere to all regulations, laws and Kisco standards, including the Associate Handbook
•Maintain an inventory of collateral and updated sales binder on each community in the region.
•Provide coverage for sales when the Sales Directors are not scheduled to be in the building.
•Supports Business Development relationships by executing calls with key referral partners (as assigned by the RVP)
•Support performs other related duties as required.
Education/Experience/Training
•College graduate required
•Previous sales experience
•Previous experience working with seniors a plus
•Live in the region you support
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
•Intermediate level knowledge of computers (MS Office with intermediate knowledge of the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, Access,and Outlook)
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
