Job Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement and maintain complex clinical trial data systems.
  • Lead the development of innovative programming solutions to streamline clinical trial processes.
  • Determine and strictly adhere to quality standards in data management and analysis.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and inclusion within cross-functional teams.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers, ensuring the delivery of world-class solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with outstanding efficiency.
  • Work closely with collaborators to comprehend and attend to their data requirements, ensuring seamless implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification  

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).  

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Principal Trial Programmer or similar role in the pharma/ CRO industry.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Extensive experience with clinical trial data systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Argus and other safety databases
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to lead ambitious projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
