Mission

The Procurement Manager will represent Pigment to external vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, you will help execute the company's vision by establishing effective and secure procedures for our commercial growth.

As our first Procurement Manager you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change and lead the development of the procurement function for long-term growth. You will play a critical role in structuring processes, negotiating contracts, and managing a diverse portfolio of spend categories including SaaS and cloud hosting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with business goals.
Role scope: EMEA and NOAM.

What you will do:
  • Help structure the procurement process at Pigment, optimize supplier relationships, and review contracts;
  • Oversee all procurement activities; execute global procurement strategy;
  • Lead complex negotiations with key SaaS vendors and real estate;  
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners regarding SaaS procurement decisions;  
  • Regularly report on procurement performance, supplier performance, cost savings, and contract compliance to the senior leadership team;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.  


  • Who you are:
  • You have 10 years of experience in a recurring revenue environment;
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives;
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills;
  • Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and market research;
  • Familiarity with procurement technologies and tools (e.g., e-sourcing platforms, spend analytics software);
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Full proficiency in English. You will interact daily in the English language.
