Your role as the Marketing Project Manager

You will be responsible for driving the successful planning and execution of designated marketing projects and program elements for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients and a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a high-visibility capacity.
We are looking for a range of skill sets, including event management, digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign management.
This role is remote and can be located in any U.S. state, except Hawaii.
How you'll contribute to the teamOwn & manage client relationships for key firm clientsProvide timely updates and elevate critical risks to cross-functional team and executive sponsorsFacilitate regular project meetings, document action items, and work collaboratively to deliver resultsAssess existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend/implement improvements to support successful project initiativesYour skills and approach3+ years of experience in roles such as marketing project or program managementExperience in Consulting with a focus on tech and cloud clientsHigh-energy creativity and resourcefulness, with a demonstrated ability to provide consultation and project leadership to cross-functional and virtual teamsPersonal accountability and ownership to drive marketing programs and projects; ability to break down work streams into organized, actionable objectivesProven communication skills and the professional presence to build relationshipsExcellent problem solving, written, and verbal communications skillsComfortable dealing with ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders and driving complex initiatives to completionExcellent project management and organization sills required, including ability to manage multiple priorities at the same timeStrong O365 skillsThe salary range for this role is $48,000-$86,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
