In this critical role, you will support and drive continual business process optimization across the Finance team and broader enterprise by unlocking the full potential of our financial systems.

What You'll Do:
As a Sr. Financial Operations Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Participate in multiple phases of implementing Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM progressively assume responsibilities in the project from the SI (system integrator).
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and work alongside the Finance team, enterprise stakeholders, and other internal and external solution support partners to ensure a properly configured and maintained ERP/EPM system.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements, identify impacts, and develop implementation plans that align with key initiative goals.
  • Configure and support multiple modules within Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM to meet organizational needs, including development of custom reports and dashboards, while adhering to change management and data governance protocols.
  • Review Oracle release notes and identify impacts to existing processes, then engage stakeholders in regression testing and/or process modification.
  • Develop, curate, and maintain resources to assist users in learning, navigating, and building autonomy with the ERP/EPM system, including support documentation and end-to-end process maps to enable improved understanding and ownership of critical finance activities across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies for the modules within the Oracle ERP/EPM suite of applications.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships across stakeholders and lean in with an “art of possible” mindset.
  • Drive continuous optimization and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies and act as agent of change within Finance and the broader organization.
  • Continuously engage with external user communities for systems supported to stay up to date on best practices and new ways of leveraging system capabilities.
  • May support additional systems and process improvements across the organization once ERP/EPM is delivered.

What You Need:
  • BS in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems or related field, and a minimum of 5 years in Finance or Finance-oriented function, Accounting, and/or Management Information Systems.
  • Direct experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and an understanding of how ERP systems integrate with other business processes, e.g., HR.
  • Strong grasp of Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM with experience configuring modules such as Planning (Hyperion) and Account Reconciliations (preferred)
  • PBM or healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Strong business, process, and analytical skills, systems acumen, and effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated experience in picking up new skills as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to drive and implement change.
  • Skilled in translating technical details into business implications and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, clear thinking, effective communication, and sound decision-making.
  • Capable of balancing attention to detail with a broader, big picture perspective.
