Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements through interactions with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Identify and address impediments that may hinder project progress, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to find effective solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback loops, analyzing process performance, and driving enhancements to optimize business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Profound understanding of business analysis methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and facilitate effective communication within cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a technical environment, with a solid understanding of software development processes.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
