Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Monday to Friday - 9 am - 6 pm with 1 hour break (8 paid hours per day)

Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to play a crucial role in our agency’s creative process. In this position, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects for approximately 30 different brand identities, spanning both digital and print media. Your primary focus will be adapting existing designs and social media campaigns to maintain consistency across multiple brands while injecting fresh creativity into each project. This role offers a unique blend of production efficiency and creative problem-solving, allowing you to hone your skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities
  • Transform and adapt existing designs to fit multiple brand identities while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity
  • Create eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms, ensuring each post aligns with the specific brand’s guidelines
  • Develop print materials that complement and extend digital campaigns, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all media
  • Assist in basic video editing tasks, such as trimming longer interviews into concise, engaging clips for social media use
  • Collaborate closely with the team to streamline production processes and meet tight project deadlines
  • Contribute creative ideas for original designs and campaign concepts as the role evolves
  • Maintain an organized system for managing files and assets across multiple client brands
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility across various brand styles and media types
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere or similar software
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across diverse projects
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • In-depth understanding of current design trends, particularly in social media and digital marketing
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new brand guidelines and apply them consistently across various materials
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improving your craft
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
