Position Title: Outbound Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as an Outbound Sales Representative would be:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists
• Introduce and explain our products or services to customers
• Answer customer questions and address concerns
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested customers
• Follow up with leads and provide additional information as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications as an Outbound Sales Representative:
• Fluency in English is required
• 1-2 years of customer service admin and outbound calling experience is preferred
• Previous experience in B2B telemarketing is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyse customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of motivation and drive to succeed
• Ability to work across multiple tabs efficiently
