Work Set-up: Work From Home or Onsite
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 50,000
Schedule: Flexi Time – 7 am to 3:30 pm and 11 am to 7:30 p.m. Phil Time
Our client is an organization focused on developing children's communication skills through programs in public speaking, debating, drama, and creative writing. Its mission is to build confidence and equip children with lifelong communication abilities. The organization offers a variety of classes, including online and in-person sessions, and special holiday workshops across Australia. Their signature "SpeaksCraft" program incorporates interactive methods to foster speaking confidence, creativity, and social skills in a supportive environment.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Specialist to sell their innovative Creative Education Program, specifically focused on reaching out to parents, promoting the program’s benefits, and driving enrollment. You will play a key role in helping families empower their children with essential communication tools that foster confidence, leadership, and effective self-expression.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES SPECIALIST
• Lead Conversion and Sales
o Engage with leads: Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms to convert them into enrollments.
o Enrollment Process: Effectively communicate the value of our programs and guide potential customers (parents) through the enrolment and payment process.
o Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly targets for enrolments and revenue
• School Partnerships
o Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with schools and other education providers to promote Client’s offerings
o Tailored Proposals: Present customized program proposals to schools, showcasing the benefits of introducing our classes as extracurricular or integrated programs
o Event Collaboration: Partner with schools to host events, workshops, or public speaking and debate competitions.
• Marketing and Outreach
o Local Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns targeted schools, parents, and local communities.
o School Campaigns: Coordinate with schools to promote programs through their newsletters, events, and social media.
o Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the marketing team for improving campaign performance and customer experience.
Qualifications as a Sales Specialist:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in educational services, programs, or products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Ability to understand parents’ concern and offer thoughtful, solutions-based discussions.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, emails, and social media platforms for outreach follow ups, and client engagement.
• Genuine interest in children’s development and belief in the value of creative education for building communication skills.
