Your opportunity

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced EI Professional Services Clinical Consultant  to join our high performing team, based in either Sydney or Bisbane. Within this role of Clinical Lead, you be a valuable member of the Applications Team that implements solutions and delivers clinical consulting projects for healthcare customers and aids in development of new solutions and consulting methods to contribute to the solution design and delivery activities.

You will utilise your superior understanding of clinical workflows, and experience in deploying Healthcare solutions, to underpin top quality Service to our current and prospective clients across ANZ. This is a pivotal role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the successful growth of our overall business.

Your role:

  • Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions

  • Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions

  • Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition

  • Advise solution architects during solution design and/or scoping in the sales phase

  • Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips product or solution

  • Participates in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality)

  • Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment

  • Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions

  • Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions

  • Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions

You're the right fit if:

  • Clinical experience within Radiography and comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information Systems

  • You will be an effective communicator with a strong track record of building  relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of Radiology Workflow, Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS) Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA);

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and effectively problem solving and design solution.
