As a Senior Compliance Analyst, your essential job functions will include the following:
- Business Process / Entity-Level Controls
- Work with process owners throughout the organization to perform walk throughs and update existing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) flowchart documentation as needed.
- Flowchart newly identified business processes and document key controls and risks relevant to financial reporting.
- Perform control testing including documentation of work papers for key financial business processes as assigned.
- Identify and document control exceptions and conduct follow-up procedures with process owners to confirm that appropriate remediation actions have been completed by management.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to management on change initiatives and control risks.
- Obtain an in-depth knowledge of key system across business units. Assist in developing or updating SOX process narratives for in-scope systems.
- Complete annual IT General Control (ITGC) testing as assigned.
- Document and test controls surrounding the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for system upgrades and implementations.
- Work with the Compliance Team and process owners to develop and communicate cross-functional process and control improvements throughout the organization.
- Develop relationships with company personnel to facilitate adding value throughout the organization.
- Participate in annual physical inventories.
- Participate in operational reviews and other special projects as needed.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting required.
- CPA, CIA, CISA and/or MBA preferred.
- Three plus years of relevant accounting or auditing experience required.
- Experience documenting and testing internal controls and evaluating business processes required.
- Knowledge of IT general controls and audit methodologies preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels required.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio preferred.

Physical Job Requirements
- Sitting for long periods of time.

- Travel as required, up to 15%.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. Base Pay Range:
$80,000 - $95,000
