Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to providing tailored solutions.


Responsibilities:


- Provide professional support, service, guidance, and suggestions to clients and prospects
- Work in a fast-paced environment with technology integration
- Recommend changes and remarketing coverage as needed for clients
- Complete renewal and service requests
- Master products and underwriting rules of our insurance carrier partners
- Organize, manage, and update CRM
- Become deeply knowledgeable about the mission of our charity partner and share this information with the community
- Build strong relationships and engage with community members through presentations to promote fundraising efforts at our events
- Follow all community guidelines when accepting donations, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and share ideas for improvement
- Receive ongoing training from leadership to support professional growth


Requirements:


- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
