This is a remote role and could be based in N. America, Spain or UK.

Position Overview

We seek an experienced HR Leader to integrate HR Programs and Strategic Initiatives across our multi-regional HR team, partnering with commercial and service leaders. This role is crucial for shaping and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives with the aim of moving the business from 3rd to 1st amongst their chief competitors.

You'll focus on enhancing our Associate Value Proposition and people leader capability by collaborating with the Developed Markets HR Leadership team on initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include championing change initiatives, facilitating team and leadership development meetings, leading talent planning sessions, participating as an active member in key organizational initiatives, and consolidating regional outcomes into a cohesive narrative across both operational and strategic activities. As a member of the HR leadership team, mentor and develop high-performing individuals, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and synergy across departments.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, reporting to the VP of Human Resources for Developed Markets Commercial, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Regional HR leaders to develop and lead HR strategies that align with business goals, including role and organizational design, culture building strategies and organizational interventions. Through knowledge of the business and organizational objectives, conduct analyses of industry trends in the market to inform decision-making across our markets.
  • Program Delivery Oversight - Lead planning and analysis of annual HR programs. Serve as a partner and coach to regional teams.
  • Change Management Leadership - Partner with regional leaders to support significant organization change initiatives. Develop and implement change management strategies to equip teams for transitions across Developed Markets Commercial.
  • Strategic & Operational Partnership – Compile & analyze metrics and organizational data to inform strategic decision making and measure sustainment of initiatives. Co-author comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement Steward - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by benchmarking best practices both internally and externally, facilitating assessments and feedback on new or existing HR programs, and piloting and implementing improvements.

In this role you will need to have a strategic and growth mindset and thrive in a global, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.  We are seeking someone who can understand and relate to the experiences and emotions of others. In addition, someone who can flex and adjust approaches based on organizational needs and changing dynamics. Finally, we are seeking someone who is focused on delivering measurable outcomes and improvements in leadership effectiveness. Travel is up to 30-40%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 14+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on organizational development and program management, experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project and change management methodologies and tools; strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in talent management including assessing and developing talent, conducting talent reviews, assessing and implementing organizational development initiatives, and  designing and facilitating workshops, team and leadership programs.
  • Strong urgency and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to navigate, influence and communicate across cultures, leadership levels and diverse segments of talent.
  • Strong analysis skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Change Management Certification.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ICF, ACC, SHRM, ATD).
  • Experience with HR technology and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in HR Model Transformation and the relevant change management and linkages
