Position Summary:
The B-200 Program Manager is the spearhead for the program. This person assumes full responsibility for the oversight of personnel and for the successful performance and the detailed technical management of the Contractor’s team. Must have intimate working knowledge of ISR deployment capabilities OCONUS in Colombia. This individual serves as a point of contact for the Government customer, the Prime, Government Flight Representative, MAG’s senior management, other program contractors and the contract’s other Key Personnel. The Program Manager directly contributes to program efforts in several areas including: cost management, hiring and onboarding, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews with SOUTHCOM and Embassy Intelligence Fusion Center (EIFC) leadership
- Complete Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Program updates that will be sent to and briefed to Senior Leadership
- Prepare and completes action plans.
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and Customer Service standards.
- Completes audits to identifying trends to determine system improvements and implement change where necessary.
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Manage personnel develop rotation schedules conducive to the mission and rotation schedules
- Oversee capital expenditures required for Program aircraft to maintain Fully Mission Capable rates as described in the Performance Work Statement
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- 15 years of relevant experience in Specialty Aviation and ISR
- 7 years managing aviation facilities to include Aircraft Hangar, Offices and Ramp Spaces
- 7 years experience creating, managing and executing purchase agreements with Host Nations Vendor for facilities, labor and logistics for aviation related - services
- 4 years experience as a Program Manager/Site Lead
- Must be able to present and brief top-level managers and clients.
- Must be results oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred:
- Capability to converse in English/Spanish, both written and verbal a plus
Education:
The minimum level of education required is:
Outside of the above, other certifications, licenses, or clearances include:
- Must have an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification, or equivalent work experience as determined by Colombia ISR PM, SOUTHCOM TPOC and/or COR.
- Capability to work with SME’s to guide new technologies along with mission support to grow the Program both in the current operating footprint and future operations.
Duty Environment:
- Travel:80% or more during the course of the year.
- Must maintain a flexible travel schedule. Travel which may include austere environments.
- Be willing to travel for long periods of time, work long hours and / or non-regular hours with minimal notice.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD).
