Overview:

Technical Support Representative

A Technical Support representative is responsible for providing technical assistance and answers to users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with any concerns related to a product you sell. 

Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers. 
  • Ensure a complete resolution of the customer’s issue by following our Blueprints. 
  • Research historical data related to previous customer calls /tickets. 
  • Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries. 
  • Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls. 
  • Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market. 
Qualifications:

What we’re looking for: 

  • Amenable to work on graveyard shift & shifting schedule 
  • Willing to work in Taytay 
  • At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
    Able to multitask and handle different applications 
  • With experience with MS Office products and web-based applications 
  • Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
  • Candidates with valid NBI Clearance will be prioritized.
  • Thrives in an exciting and fast paced nature of working on a tech support floor 
  • Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Is proficient in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experienced working in a call center or customer service role (preferred for people who have held past tech support roles)
  • Must be at least 18 years old and above.
