Solution Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Business Process Management (BPM) projects, including architecture for BPMN-based systems like Camunda, as well as MS Azure cloud solutions. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural decision-making process for key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational ICT standards and reference architecture.
• Define the Solution Architecture for BPM-based systems and cloud applications.
• Ensure the quality of solution architecture deliverables provided by external suppliers.
• Conduct technical quality assurance on software provided by external suppliers to ensure adherence to development standards and architectural alignment.
• Collaborate daily with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of technical solutions.
• Create and document architectural decisions and ensure they are fully supported by the team.

Deliverables:

• Architectural decisions and documentation, including Confluence.
• Clear and detailed Solution Architecture for key projects.
• An architecture runway that specifies and prioritizes the backlog of tasks required to implement common capabilities and business priorities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and architecting Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, preferably using BPMN and tools like Camunda.

• Proven expertise in architecting solutions on MS Azure, including web app and web service development secured via EntraID/OAuth2/OIDC.

• Ability to effectively negotiate and document complex, high-value architectural decisions with multiple technical stakeholders and suppliers.

• Experience in defining an architectural runway, including prioritizing and managing the backlog of tasks to support business features.
