The Sales Team:

Our Sales team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a deep commitment to delivering value to our clients. As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure our clients achieve their business goals.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As an integral part of the sales team, you'll play a key role in delivering our solutions to customers and contributing to the success of our organization.

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation and contract closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Requirements for the Role:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or media sales.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or advertising solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
