Job Summary

Success for the Reporting Specialist is found in reporting, researching and providing critical details for managers to make the needed program changes or team changes that bring the best of our efforts front and center. The Reporting Specialist is the expert in knowing how our data and information is moving from Clients to IT, to Operations and then to patients. By utilizing our systems, reporting tools and a deep understanding of our business the analyst digs in for outliers and hidden opportunities to make big impacts on the collections of our referrals. By sitting between EDI, Recon and Operations, this role is in the best position to make recommendations, small and large to bring efficacy in everyone’s efforts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analytics / QA Reporting / Research - providing insight and details to what’s happening in our inventory, requests, and relationships with clients. Providing details and deep dive on issues for managers or clients.
  • Inventory Management – Running Reports, reviewing trends and seeing where things are being stuck and not moving as they should. Identify outliers and issues that are causing inventory to not move as quickly as they should. Identify opportunities that Managers or Ops can make to meet performance needs or address gaps presented by Managers / Kory.
  • Letters and Statements – Own and manage letters to the point of understanding and creating a better process to automate, limit or address letter challenges across the board. The expectation is a reduction or be managed in such a way that it’s not a primary responsibility. Eventually we will have a process/procedure that enables any support role to facilitate managing these going forward.
  • Letter Codes - Same as above.
  • Month End Reporting – Work with EDI and Recon to continue closing month end and reporting.
  • Participate in Onboardings.
  • Participate in creating files and working with Client Systems to setup EDI Support team to take over going forward.
