BlackCloak is seeking a motivated and skilled Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and success of our enterprise champions and clients. You will establish relationships with key clients and proactively engage with them to understand their business and needs. What You Will DoBuild and maintain relationships with enterprise clientsGain an understanding of clients' primary needs and support their cybersecurity effortsWork collaboratively with the sales, delivery, and security teams to support the seamless onboarding and implementation of BlackCloak solutionsProvide ongoing support to clients, helping them maximize the value of our servicesMonitor client accounts and identify potential issues, recommending solutions as neededCommunicate updates and utilization highlights to clientsWork with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfactionSupport a consistent and positive client experience across their journey Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client issues and enhance the customer experienceGather client feedback and provide insight for product improvement and enhance overall client experience.Utilize CRM to track activity, analyze data, and identify trendsSupport efforts to achieve key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), logo retention, Onboarding, and Utilization among clientsWhat You Need to be SuccessfulBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus2+ years experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally with a focus on enterprise clientsFamiliarity with cybersecurity and privacy conceptsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to gather and interpret information to support client successMotivated to deliver great results and able to work with some independenceStrong organizational and time management skillsWillingness to travel to meet with clients when necessaryAbout BlackCloak
