Job description

Job Summary: In this role as BDM, you typically interact with various departments within client companies, including technical teams, C-Level Executives; therefore, candidates with backgrounds in computer science and engineering are often sought after, as they understand how to effectively communicate with IT decision-makers and have the technical acumen to discuss solutions in depth.
  • Industry Background: Focus on candidates with experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals industries, particularly those who have led teams and have experience in B2B IT solutions.
  • Sales Experience: Candidates should have direct sales experience, especially dealing with clients in the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals sectors, and should understand the specific demands and regulations of these markets.
  • Team Leadership: Not just team management experience, but also details about the team size and the performance metrics they were responsible for.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Education: At-least Bachelor Degree, degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Application will be preferred.
  • Specifics on Cloud Services:
    • Public Cloud: Candidates should ideally have experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), but experience with third-party cloud solutions is acceptable if they meet other criteria.
    • Technical Depth: Candidates should have strong technical understanding and certifications related to cloud services.

Non-Chinese, English-Speaking Professionals with Strong Public Cloud Background:
  1. Individuals without Chinese heritage who possess a robust background in public cloud services.
  2. Previous experience in competitive companies or partner organizations within the cloud computing sector.
  3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Chinese companies and clients, ensuring effective communication and cultural adaptability.
  4. Exposure to Chinese work environments, such as prior employment in Chinese companies, collaboration with Chinese clients, or participation in exchange programs in China.
  5. Proficient in English, with an understanding of Chinese business practices and cultural nuances.
  6. Skilled in navigating cross-cultural dynamics and establishing rapport with Chinese counterparts.
REASONS WHY THE CURRENT CANDIDATE'S RESUME DID NOT PASS INTERVIEW STAGE:
