This position can be Paris-based or fully remote within a +/- 2h time difference with Paris.

Role

To achieve our mission, we're launching a brain trainer studio and bringing on board top talent and seasoned veterans from the mobile games industry. As the Senior Game Designer, you will report directly to the Studio Director and lead the creative development of an innovative brain training project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and balance core game systems and levels, writing detailed specifications
  • Build and optimize project management workflows to foster efficient game design in a startup environment
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Art teams to ensure cohesive development and seamless integration
  • Drive player-centric design through data analysis and market research to deliver compelling experiences  

  • Profile
  • 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer, working on casual F2P mobile games
  • Track record of working with games that achieve long-term player engagement and retention
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and building games with sustained engagement and monetization
  • Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve design excellence and deliver engaging player experiences
  • Mastering of Figma or another prototyping tool
  • Basic understanding of scripting and programming
  • Basic knowledge of Unity and big game architecture 
  • Strong grasp of game math, including probability, statistics, and economy modeling
  • Strong project management skills to push features forward
  • Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Clear and concise
  • Entrepreneurial mindset essential
  • Deep passion for mobile games
