NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Property Preservation Department has openings for Preservation Coordinators. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are maintained in accordance with the clients' expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating with contractors and inspectors, interpreting and quality control of data, delivering an accurate and timely product to customers and other internal departments as well as keeping NFR's system of record up to date.



Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience working in a fast paced customer service environment, ability to evaluate information, identify the root cause of an issue and develop effective solutions while meeting deadlines. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is beneficial. Proficiency in Excel is encouraged and beneficial.


Flexibility and an interest in learning about NFR and the property preservation industry is desired. Attention to detail and ability to multitask are necessary. Basic understanding of residential construction is helpful.

  

These positions are remote with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH and FL office. Remote locations are available in the following states: AL, GA, IA, MS, NC, SC, TX and VT
