Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  8am-12pm M-F Riverside, CA Time  
Possible to split this to some time to Asian business hours to communicate with our vendors based in Vietnam and Malaysia.


Responsibilities:
  • Arrange Daily Tasks and set agenda for the day
  • Take notes during meetings for follow ups
  • Keep track of new products by creating slideshows of each product
  • Conduct market research on products
  • Good with excel
  • Keep track of emails to follow up on
  • Respond to emails with tasks needed
  • There may be other tasks as well but that would be a general guideline to start.


Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize daily tasks, set agendas, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in note-taking and follow-up management, ensuring all action items from meetings are tracked and completed.
  • Experience in creating presentations or slideshows to showcase products, with an eye for detail and clear communication.
  • Market research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and present product-related data effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data tracking, spreadsheet management, and reporting.
  • Good communication skills.​
