This is a remote position.

Job Description

As a Product Operations Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in the evolution of a leading educational video platform. You’ll be the bridge between technical development and user experience, translating complex updates into clear, actionable information for educators and students. Your work will directly impact the learning experience of thousands, as you manage product releases, analyze user feedback, and contribute to the platform’s ongoing enhancement. Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging, non-technical product release notes every 4 weeks, distilling developer insights into user-friendly updates
  • Optimize and manage product release workflows using Jira, ensuring smooth and efficient update cycles
  • Analyze and prioritize customer feature requests, playing a key role in shaping the platform’s future developments
  • Generate insightful post-release reports, helping to measure impact and guide future improvements
  • Provide versatile support for various project work, contributing to the platform’s overall growth and success
  • Collaborate closely with the product operations manager to streamline release processes and enhance product quality
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools, with a knack for optimizing workflows
  • Exceptional written communication skills, able to transform technical jargon into clear, engaging content
  • Sharp analytical mind capable of distilling complex user feedback into actionable insights
  • Basic data analysis skills for creating impactful reports and deriving meaningful conclusions
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with software development processes is a plus, but not required
