Your day at NTT DATA

The Skilled Support Administrator provides administrative and clerical support to relieve Department Managers or Teams of administrative details.

This role performs general administrative duties, in support of the Facilities department and employee travel, expenses, and events.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides routine administrative support function with guidance.
  • Assists employees and management with travel itineraries for domestic and international travel.
  • Assists with event planning and related travel logistics.
  • Maintains travel related contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Monitors travel and expense related systems and processes to ensure smooth booking of travel in compliance with company policies and appropriate pricing.
  • Provides administrative assistance by recording, producing and distributing minutes of management and travel team meetings and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Supports the preparation of meeting agendas, arrangement meeting logistics and facilities as required.
  • Drafts routine letters and correspondence and prepares reports and statistical information ensuring distribution to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provides assistance with the management of hard copy and electronic files and records and maintain an adequate filing system.
  • Supports flow of information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepares, completes and distributes the routine management and travel reports.
  • Prepare and creates presentations, spreadsheets and databases as required.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls, emails, and helpdesk tickets and responds to and resolves any queries or escalates complex queries to the relevant individual.
  • Provides assistance with any other administrative-type requests.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Required Experience:

  • Solid demonstrated working experience gained in a similar role and preferably within in a related environment.
  • Some team leadership experience.
