We are always on the look out to onboarding new talents in the Trademarks field, so if you're interested 👇


As part of our Legal Team, your main responsabilities will be :

  • Managing and monitoring of national and international trademark portfolios
  • Filing of Italian, German, CTM and WIPO applications
  • Registrations and correspondence in Italian and English in the context of trademark applications abroad
  • Coordination of trademark renewals and assignments
  • Preparation of oppositions, cancellations and any other actions
  • Management of terms
  • Processing of watch notices


The perfect match...

  • legal education, preferably with a focus on trademark law
  • Professional experience in handling of trademark portfolios is estimable but not necessary
  • Experience with the Italian trademark office database and filing system is also a plus
  • Fluency in Italian, professional Business English skills, and/or other EU language knowledge appreciated (German is a plus)
  • Advanced MS-Office skills
  • Structured, result-oriented and independent working skills
  • Carefulness, accurateness and reliability
  • Team-orientation
