Job description

Regional Production Support

TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.

About the role

TMS’s Global community is excited to offer two permanent opportunities for Regional Production Support to join our client teams. For the North & West regions, we ideally want candidates who are residents of Mumbai or New Delhi. For the South region, we’re looking for candidates based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Kerala. The selected individuals will oversee the admin and operational management of 2D, 3D Temporary, and 3D Permanent contracts for our regional client.

Some daily responsibilities will include-

  • Manage all elements of Production and Delivery for POS display requirements, ensuring quality control and timely execution.
  • Conduct in-store activation audits and in-factory quality checks to guarantee top-tier manufacturing and packaging standards.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Suppliers in regular production meetings to ensure KPIs and contract performance are met.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, driving best practices and innovation across the board.
  • Maintain and optimise financial performance, managing invoicing and resolving debt and supplier queries.
  • Identify new opportunities for innovation and support the development of operational strategies.

About you

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented problem solver with a solid background in print production and POS management. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for quality, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
