About the Role:
At TGE, we are embarking on a transformative journey towards intelligent automation, and we're seeking a talented RPA Engineer to join our innovative team.
As an RPA Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions that elevate our efficiency and productivity. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team, you'll leverage cutting-edge tools like UI Path and Power Automate to automate tasks, freeing up valuable time for strategic initiatives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of RPA implementation, from requirements gathering to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Partner with business process experts to identify automation opportunities and design solutions aligned with our objectives.
- Continuously explore new opportunities for robotic processes to enhance business efficiency and process quality.
- Champion the function of automation across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with business groups to identify automation opportunities and drive the development of reusable assets.
- Communicate technical solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with architectural and security standards.
- Develop frameworks and code/configurations to deliver automated outcomes.
- Create and maintain test plans for automation projects, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Support, maintain, and enhance automated processes, including updates for system changes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, facilitating future maintenance and scalability.
- Implement quality standards, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms for automation performance.
- Provide support to IT teams for RPA prerequisites implementation and environment setup.
- Ensure RPA and Automation tools are up-to-date and aligned with supported versions.
- Maintain operational automations to ensure seamless functionality.
Required Skills & Capabilities:
- Promote the function of automation across the organization, attending community sessions and encouraging the development of reusable assets.
- Experience with one or multiple industry-standard RPA tools.
- Agile development experience and proficiency in the end-to-end lifecycle of an RPA project.
- Proficient in delivery planning, support, and maintenance activities.
- Ability to co-create automation solutions with business SMEs and produce high-caliber documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-7 years of software development experience with multiple programming languages.
- 2-3 years of experience with integration formats such as JSON, SOAP, XML, YAML.
- 2-3 years of experience in developing and implementing automated RPA processes using UI Path.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Desirable:
- Developer RPA Certification.
- AWS Certification.
