We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team in Bangalore. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.

Your tasks will include:

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
  • Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis

What we expect from you:

  • Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D roles
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends, challenges, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams

Will be an advantage:

  • University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Passion for continuous learning, particularly in recruitment
