At Commify, we have over 40,000 customers who use our market leading business messaging solutions. As an Outbound New Business & partners Account manager, it will be your job to proactively contact B T B prospect to sell them messaging services. You will also manage a Commify partners & resellers portfolio as well upsell them by acquiring new business customers in their network. We will provide full training on the value that our Commify products can give to our customers so you can then successfully convert those outbound conversations with our customers into winning new business for the Commify group.

Requirements

Proactive outbound phone-based contact to potential new Commify customers to sell our messaging solutions and Meta tools

  • Proactive outbound phone-based contact to current Commify partners network to acquire new customers & sell our messaging solutions
  • Building relationships with your head of Partners and their networks as their dedicated Account Manager to understand their business and how our solutions can help their business
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of daily customer contacts, number of converted customer conversations, number of closed sales, revenue & GP performance vs target.
  • Exceeding productivity measures such as time spent talking to customers per day, revenue achieved per day etc
  • Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
  • Up-selling to new/recently won new customers to find additional opportunities
  • Have an understanding of the customer buying process
  • Value based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions gives our customers
  • Overcoming objections
  • Working through the entire selling process including qualification, questioning, negotiating and closing deals
  • Maintaining up to date records on the company’s CRM system (SalesForce.com)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential

  • Proven track record of success in an Outbound new business acquisition role, specifically in a proactive sales role
  • Successful track record in proactive Account Management and achieving sales targets
  • High levels of resilience and determination to overcome objections
  • Very strong work ethic including high levels of outbound sales activity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ambition, personal drive and a real passion for closing deals
  • Good knowledge of English language

Desirable

  • Sales experience of offering software solutions/services (SAAS)
  • Business messaging or telecoms industry
  • Knowledge of marketing and messaging tools
  • Knowledge of Saleforce
