8.30am to 5pm AEST Minimum 3 years proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure. Empathy and patience when dealing with client inquiries and concerns.

Core responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved effectively. Listen to client concerns and troubleshoot problems to provide accurate and timely solutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management for resolution. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and provide additional support as needed. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address client inquiries and provide recommendations. Stay updated on product updates, features, and enhancements to provide accurate information to clients. Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with established procedures. Organize and categorize data according to predefined criteria. Update and maintain existing databases with new information. Perform regular backups and ensure data security and confidentiality. Conduct quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors. Follow quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure accuracy.
