We are seeking a brilliant and highly motivated Programs & Operations Manager  to join our team at monday.com. This role requires someone who is not only extremely process-oriented  but also possesses an understanding of business metrics and has experience working on complex projects and delivering results. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can get things done efficiently, while maintaining a positive attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities. This role lives within the ever-growing CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) Organization and will report into the CRO Program Management Office. 


About The Role

We are seeking a brilliant and highly motivated Programs & Operations Manager to join our team at monday.com. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can get things done efficiently, while maintaining a positive attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities. This role lives within the ever-growing CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) Organization and will report into the CRO Program Management Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive complex and strategic programs end-to-end from initiation to completion
  • Be accountable for the KPIs behind the programs & projects within the candidate’s portfolio 
  • Analyze data and business metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making
  • Prioritize and manage tasks, initiatives, and projects with a focus on urgency and impact
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive monday boards to manage complex processes (which the candidate will establish) 
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders , striving always for collaboration and servant leadership 
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Raise risks, track milestones, and proactively report on status of programs and tasks

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in managing a similar position - PMO/project manager/business operations/ revenue operations
  • Excellent English
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Passion and ability to lead cross-organization processes, from initiation to full execution and follow-up, with multiple interfaces globally.
  • A highly independent way of work, yet a great team player!
  • Experience working with senior managers and understanding their needs
  • Familiarity with sales operations, SaaS organizations, data & analytics.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in global companies, especially in the US market.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage business metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
