As a Global Senior Toxicologist (d/f/m), you will play a key role in overseeing and driving toxicological and ecotoxicological risk assessments. Additionally, you will take charge of strategically planning and effectively managing preclinical studies. Join us as a Founder of ournewSandoz and Lek!  

Your key responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Preparation of toxicological (risk) assessments for diverse impurities and excipients, as well as conducting safety risk assessments.
  • Preparation of ecotoxicological risk assessments.
  • Conducting genotoxicity hazard assessments for impurities through the analysis of in vitro and in vivo data, as well as utilizing in-silico SAR approaches.
  • Engage in peer reviews of various toxicological (risk) assessments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Actively share knowledge within the Product Development team and Sandoz, fostering a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, actively participate in development project teams and engage external experts when necessary for project/product requirements.

 

What you will bring to the role: 

 

  • University degree  in life sciences (pharmacy, veterinary, medicine, biology, chemistry, biochemistry).
  • Minimum 3 years working of experience in the field of preclinical research or minimum 3 years working experience in toxicology.
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
