We have a fantastic opportunity for Liability Field Adjusters to work anywhere in the Portsmouth/Southampton area

This remote position involves field investigations and reporting on a diverse portfolio, including Employers' Liability, Public Liability (both injury and property), and Motor injury claims.

You will work with some of the most prestigious Liability Insurers, Blue Chip Corporate Clients, and Brokers. Therefore, experience in the liability claims arena is essential. We seek someone with a keen investigative approach to claims handling, capable of identifying questionable information and applying correct procedures to detect potentially fraudulent claims.

With one of the largest teams of liability experts in the world, Sedgwick supports and resolves property, general, auto, product and professional liability claims, and helps our clients maintain brand protection in times of crisis.

The skills you will have when you apply:

• A background in EL/PL/Motor injury and/or property claims, with the ability to thoroughly investigate all types of liability claims.

• Strong team working and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of insurance law and the ability to interpret policy wording, especially in contract, statute, and civil liability contexts.

• Excellent investigation skills and attention to detail.

• An understanding of how to work with corporate clients, small businesses, insurers, and brokers.

• Influencing skills to gain agreement on proposals, plans, and ideas.

• The ability to listen and respond effectively while displaying empathy.

• Clear and concise communication skills.

• Motivation to provide prompt, efficient, and personalised service to both internal and external customers.

• A clean, full driving licence.
