ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Tech Lead for Host Wise. This role manages the development team and processes from initial concept to execution. The Tech Lead will work collaboratively with cross-functional business managers at Host Wise, driving innovation, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.

As the Tech Lead, you will lead and grow a dedicated 4-member IT team, fostering their success while also taking a hands-on approach when necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5-10 years experience

• High interest and capability on leading IT teams

• Exceptional organizational skills with experience in building and implementing new processes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• A natural leader who can also be hands-on when needed.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing a team.

• Proficient in Python.

• Familiarity with API architecture.

• Experience with the following frameworks: Flask and Django.

PREFERRED SKILLS (Plus):

• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Cloud API.

• Familiarity with database systems like MySQL and Postgres.

• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.

• Familiarity with CRON Jobs.
