Vendor/Supplier/Third Party Risk Associate - Investment Banking - 2+ years

Location - Glasgow Office - Hybrid Working - 2/3 days a week

Role Description

Capco is hiring within Operational Risk (with a focus of Vendor/Supplier/Third Party Experience) to help support and a brand new Capco client. 

This requires excellent attention to detail and analytical skills and will be attractive to individuals who thrive in high paced, and deadline driven environments.

Your responsibilities will include and not limited to the following;

• Assist with monthly Business Unit meeting materials, producing monthly / quarterly reporting packs
• First review of all onboarding proposals, onboarding Due Diligence reviews
• First review of all vendor-originating incidents referred by Operational Risk Management
• Assist with periodic reviews of vendor risk and control framework (through selection, coordination, chasing, Vendor Risk Management assessment, risk communication, action tracking)
• Coordinate the annual refresh of Risk Assessment and Annual Service Performance reviews
• Assist with Deep Dive initial data gathering
• Submit Vendor Risk Management + Outsourcing Monthly KPIs
• Assist with general project task of Vendor Risk Management team

Full and detailed training will be provided.

Skills and Experience

Experienced Hires:

• Proven and demonstrated experience in an Investment Bank working in a trading environment.
• Experience in either Risk & Control or Operational Risk
• Demonstrable experience in Vendor Risk Management or Supplier Assurance
