Costumier Specialist

What you'll bring to the team:

Join our creative team as a Costumier Specialist, working closely with the Costume Stylist to transform briefs into stunning designs. You’ll manage workflows, assess costs and timings, and solve challenges with flair. If you’re passionate about creativity and precision, this is your chance to make an impact.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Individual Costume work is delivered on time & to the agreed quality.
• Support the Production Team in delivering the Production schedule by ensuring each stage is completed as planned. Any changes are reported promptly
• Highlight any maintenance concerns
• Be a proactive, positive member of the Production Team, arranging costume mini crits, attending figure crits & photography.
• Arrange & attend costume fittings & crits with the figure stylist.
• Ensure agreed sign offs happen
• Ensure all notes are completed & approved.
• Ensure all sittings/reference files are kept within GDPR guidelines
• Accurately forecast & update costume budgets.
• Ensure Costume & prop elements are on dressing notes & support the team in freighting figures.

• Extensive knowledge of the Costume process
• Proven ability in being part of the critique process
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant Arts/Technical degree or equivalent industry experience
