As the Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and strengthening our client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and contributing to the overall revenue generation of the company. You will be the go-to expert for delivering high-quality service and fostering collaboration across internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
We are looking for a driven professional who combines hands-on experience in campaign management or ad operations with a passion for the ever-evolving digital media landscape. As our company continues to innovate and expand, your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing processes, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting our journey toward sustainable growth and excellence in service delivery.
Your Role:
- Drive the Client Services Team’s success by managing and nurturing client relationships to foster growth and retention
- You will work with blue chip advertisers and agencies from various industries
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/projects, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Ad Solutions, Product, Data, Newsroom and Finance to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance the usage of internal tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ad Manager) for process efficiency and campaign success.
Your Profile:
- Experience or knowledge in media advertising, account management, ad operations, or the start-up ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management or ad operations, with an understanding of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), is a significant advantage.
- A keen interest in the digital and mobile media landscape, paired with a tech-savvy mindset.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to challenges.
- A passionate team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English (proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish, is a plus).
