Job description

Opportunities:

Essential Requirements:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry within Real Estate, E-commerce, Finance, or related industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with data entry software, and tools (Salesforce).
  • Experience and Familiarity with CSV files.

About the Role


As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the data entry and administration of the sales portal, crucial to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Efficiently manage real estate data entry with precision, ensuring strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key responsibilities include screening property sales information for houses and land, townhouses, and apartments, preparing stock lists, entering data into CSV files, and uploading property documents and images to the sales portal.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of data entered by other team members, identifying and correcting errors using a quality assurance checklist to maintain high standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address user issues and feedback promptly. 
  • Process Improvement: Report project status and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team leader. Update and maintain documentation for the Sales Portal team’s procedures.

Key Skills & Qualities:
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Data Entry Proficiency: Proficiency and speed in data entry and typing skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to process up to 200 real estate listings per month, ensuring timely delivery to meet high-volume operational demands.
  • Adaptability—Demonstrates flexibility in managing unexpected changes and challenges during projects. Willing to provide secondary support by covering for teammates on leave and maintaining team collaboration.
