Job description

Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a Trailer Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and service requests related to U.S./Canada trailer logistics. This position requires effective online communication with customers to ensure that all trailer-related issues, inquiries, and logistics operations are managed efficiently. The representative must adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide excellent customer service in line with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding trailer logistics, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and issue resolution, via online platforms (e.g., email, chat, phone).
  • Order Processing: Ensure smooth processing of trailer-related orders and requests, ensuring that all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating trailer schedules, deliveries, and pickups in the U.S. and Canada, and communicate effectively with logistics teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to trailer deliveries, transportation, or logistical errors, providing solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • SOP Compliance: Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in all processes, from order management to issue resolution.
  • Customer Education: Provide clear and helpful guidance to customers regarding trailer processes, including billing, tracking, and delivery status.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and billing to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service resolutions.
 

Requirements: 

  • Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with U.S. and Canadian customers.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or trailer-related operations is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in processing orders, managing trailer schedules, and recording customer information.
  • Responsibility: Strong sense of accountability and a commitment to following SOPs and meeting operational standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and find effective solutions to logistics or trailer-related issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms and software to manage orders, track trailers, and communicate with customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different departments to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

  • Salary: 44,000 Php
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM PH time with breaks in between, double weekends, following US/Canada holidays off.
