Job Title
QMS Technical Writer - Medical Devices

Job Description

Support in creating and reviewing user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. The exact scope of user documentation varies per project, and can include terminology, CTBs, etc. To represent the user documentation discipline in the project, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.
 

Your role:

  • Support in Developing, writing and edit technical documentation including user manuals, accessory inserts (product information), customer release notes and so on.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements, regulatory requirements and gather necessary information.
  • Create and maintain documentation that meets organizational standards.
  • Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.
  • Organize and present technical information in a user-friendly manner.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation projects.


You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree with prior experience of at least 5+ years in technical writing
  • Medical Devices experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Document development life cycle
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammar and verbal communication skills with good proficiency in English
  • Good to have knowledge of technical writing tools and Content management system like DITA; Adobe Acrobat, SnagIT
  • Good to have knowledge of SAP/Windchill / Configuration management system
  • Good Team player with ability to plan, schedule and be flexible while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple task
