Our Senior Analyst, Business (Accounting) position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.
We are looking for a new member of the Center Of Expertise for the Source to Pay process (STP) who will participate and lead initiatives to improve processes, data, systems, and organization. In this role, you will actively cooperate with the central and local teams within finance and other teams involved in the STP process.
We are offering a permanent contract, location: Prague 8.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead efforts to optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and lead in the implementation of solutions. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in the area of responsibility.
  • Lead the development of functional business requirements and articulate system functionality and features.
  • Perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy.
  • Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Develop strategies for Organizational Change management, training and communication: Lead efforts to understand impact of process and system changes on users; implement strategies for minimizing organizational disruption, streamlining transition and improving adoption.
  • Facilitate process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Lead testing and validation of processes and systems to ensure adherence functional requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT. Enable super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to drive business process automation and optimization.
  • Train users on new processes, workflows, and/or systems.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience required (Finance/Accounting/Data)
  • Fluent English required
  • PowerBI knowledge required
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed and global business environment
  • Experience in STP or PTP or AP is a must, experience in a COE is strongly preferred
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Substantial understanding and knowledge of requirement solicitation and consulting practices, process mapping, project management principles, and software development lifecycle
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and to rapidly changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Team player with ability to interact with all levels
