American Medical Compliance (AMC), BizForce's partner company, is seeking a talented E-Learning Design Specialist (Work from Home) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning experiences that effectively communicate instructional content. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, and create high-quality e-learning modules utilizing various multimedia tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and a passion for creating effective online learning solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and edit engaging e-learning modules using a variety of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning engagement and effectiveness.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create effective and interactive learning experiences.
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of e-learning courses and make necessary revisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-learning design or instructional design.
  • Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate Rise 360) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Amenable to working in a graveyard shift.
