What the continuous improvement & innovations expert does:

Our hybrid team in Slovakia is responsible for seeing deviation, contribute to standardization and improving processes through CI. We promote the use of data and digital tools (Improving, PEGA, Robotics/IA). We deliver solutions for teams (in countries or Hubs) to continuously improve the processes via Lean Six Sigma & Design Thinking methodologies and/or Performance Metrics. The goal is to provide an exceptional experience for clients, business partners and employees.

Your role:

  • Executing projects - You will plan and execute projects across various countries or domains. You will be responsible for project progress and supporting your project team to bring results. You will be collaborating with senior management, and jointly responsible for searching of new challenges.
  • Implementing and maintaining Improving CI tracker tool - We are rolling out and scaling an improvement tracker called Improving across the Hubs, WB Domains and countries. The CI tracker enables us to make fact-based decision steering on improvements. Support in the roll out and embedding of way of working into team rituals is essential. We expect from the successful candidate to set up the governance and reporting structure for the teams and management.
  • Identifying business cases using operational management data – You should understand the tools, techniques and behaviors required to support teams with data analysis to further improve operations.
  • Building continuous improvement mindset - You will contribute to increase CI awareness & craftmanship via: providing process improvement trainings & coaching with strong focus on practice; stimulating improvement mindset by replication & sharing of best practices & success stories.

Skills needed:
  • Project management skills for running multiple initiatives with strong focus on results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Structuring problems, perform analyses and select the right root causes and solutions
  • Proactive and takes the lead (in case of unclarity or when it seems not to be needed/asked)
  • Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and speak up
 

Background and working experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (problem solving, improvement implementation, structured working approach in a global organization)
  • Project execution according to Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking methodologies is mandatory

Wage (gross)2.510 EUR/month/gross
