We are Tooploox, and we work on projects that improve people’s lives – in line with our mission, we have already changed the way people invest their money, build houses, and take care of their health (just take a look at our client portfolio). We work with a variety of organizations, from startups to large companies. Our present areas of activities include artificial intelligence, automotive, fintech and healthcare.

Our PMO team consists of people who focus on different aspects of delivering value to our clients and our organization: from helping teams to reach their full potential through Agile practices to account management.

What you will do:
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver projects for our client - a multinational e-commerce platform - eBay, from proof of concept to feature releases in mature products
  • Coordinate new opportunities within the client portfolio
  • Develop trustful relationships with clients and facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders, teams and both organizations
  • Clarify and maintain project goals, scope and business value
  • Trigger inspection and adaptation of the best development practices
  • Proactively search for business opportunities and turn them into action in cooperation with our sales team
Experience and skills we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in Agile software development organizations
  • Fluency and confidence in written and verbal English and Polish
  • Capability to work proactively in a complex corporate environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders from all management levels
  • Ability to gather requirements, manage project and business risks, establish the scope of the project, its budget, timeline
  • Excellent understanding of software development practices
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Zenhub etc.)
It would be great if you also have:
  • Experience with e-commerce
  • Experience with AI/ML projects or relevant domain knowledge, especially Generative AI
  • Experience in conducting product or project scoping activities (ex. user story mapping, event storming, interviews with clients, gathering requirements)
  • Technical background
