Non-Voice B2B Demand Generation Specialist (ZR_18150_JOB)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond promptly to incoming messages from cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  
• Engage prospects in meaningful dialogue to qualify leads and generate interest in our services
  
• Guide qualified prospects to schedule appointments using our Calendly link
  
• Manage and update lead information in our CRM system
  
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  
• Meet or exceed set performance metrics for outbound messages and appointment bookings
  

Requirements:

• Experience in digital prospecting, appointment setting, or related lead generation roles
  
• Excellent written communication skills in English
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and comfort with learning new software tools
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication platforms
  
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  
• Adaptability to work in U.S. time zones
  

Scope:

• Manage a high volume of digital interactions across multiple platforms
  
• Contribute to the optimization of outreach templates and follow-up sequences
  
• Provide regular reports on lead engagement and conversion metrics
  
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices
  
• Continuously improve personal performance through ongoing learning and feedback
