  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  • Utilize various tools and software to manage customer support efficiently.
